1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using FormMatch, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our service. These terms apply to all users including fighters, coaches, and gym administrators.

2. Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Coach accounts require application and approval. Fighter accounts may be created via coach invitation or self-registration. You must be at least 13 years old to use FormMatch; users under 18 require guardian consent.

3. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of all content you upload, including videos, notes, and training data. By uploading content, you grant FormMatch a limited license to process, analyze, and store your content for the purpose of providing our service. You may delete your content at any time.

4. AI Analysis Disclaimer

FormMatch provides AI-powered analysis for informational purposes. AI findings are suggestions, not medical or professional coaching advice. Coach review features exist to ensure human oversight of AI outputs. FormMatch is not responsible for injuries resulting from training decisions based on AI analysis.

5. Subscription & Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Free trials last 14 days with full feature access. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Refunds are provided within 7 days of initial purchase.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use FormMatch to upload content depicting real violence, harassment, or illegal activity. Sparring footage must depict consensual, supervised training. We reserve the right to remove content and suspend accounts that violate these guidelines.
